Hey everyone, I'm looking for input on a flavourful but easy drinking smash for unsophisticated beer drinking relatives that will be visiting for my daughters first birthday (celebrating a week from this Sunday).
First off, am I ****ting myself thinking I can pull it off in a week?? (Grain to keg) 5 Gal all-Grain batch
I'm thinking maybe no dryhopping to save a bit of time?!?

Base Grain available
- Pilsner
- 2 Row
- Maris Otter
- Vienna

Hops available
- Amarillo
- Cascade
- Centennial
- Chinook
- Columbus
- East Kent Golding
- Fuggle
- German Merkur
- Simcoe
- Strisselspalt (only 2oz)
- Tettnang

Yeast available
- US05 (dry)
- S04 (dry)
- Nottingham (dry)
- Windsor (washed)
- California Ale Yeast WLP001 (PurePitch pack)

Let me have it!! Hop schedules and all

Cheers!!

First off, the beer will not be ready in such a short time. If you are not keen on making like a simple, tasty Pale Ale/IPA, you could try getting your hands on some norwegian farmhouse ale yeast and in 9 days, you will have a finished beer.

If you still want to make something more traditional than that, I would go for all Maris Otter, a 30 and 15 minutes addition of Columbus for bittering, flameout / whirlpool / aroma with Simcoe, Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook.

Pitch US-05, possible make a starter and ferment cool.
