Morebeer still has the new Duotight ball lock/ direct push in fittings on back order with no ETA. There appears to be an identical product available on eBay, but without the Kegland name. They don't list any brand name for that matter.
They are listed as 5/16" tubing size, which should be the same as the 8mm. Has anyone tried these or know what the deal is with them? They look identical to the Kegland ones, but I don't see how some ebay vendor can get them and Morebeer can't.
Edit: Just noticed the ebay seller is out of Hong Kong. Don't know if that's a bad sign or not.
