It's been a few months since my last batch (moved into a new house) but now that I have space I want to brew an all grain dry session stout (similar to NABC Weefoot) for those long winter days.
I couldn't find a clone recipe. Anybody have a good one that clocks in at 5% abv or less?
Additional question: Know any good versions of this style that are available in and around the Louisville KY area?
