I am Brewing a English style Pale Ale, from a kit, and wondered what would be a good hop to dry hop with?

Which kit? Or better yet, do you know what hops are in it? Someone could make a rec based on that.

It's a Paddockwood, Spitfire English Ale kit, I can't find what hops are in it.

looks like the kit isn't going to give up what hops they use. You could always go with Fuggle, Challenger, Golding or kent they are all british type hops

When dry hopping, do you throw them right in the primary or secondary? Or do you need to use a hop sock?

If your using a secondary, then just throw them right in, dont worry about sanitizing them or anything, just rack the beer, and put the hops in, if your doing no secondary, then soon as fermentation is complete, then throw them in there same way....no hopsock is necessary

Im betting that kit uses Willamette as the bittering....so any noble hop should work, or just get 1oz of Willamette and use it as a dry hop in addition to what it comes with. Is it not labeled in the package? If it is, the google hop pairings with _______.
