Looking to DH some fresh Rosemary from my garden into an all Simcoe-Rye IPA. (If you think it's a bad addition, let me know). I've never added rosemary but I'm looking for the best way to add DH. Does it need to be sanitized in any way before? Can I put it straight into the fermentor/keg? How much would you add? TIA
