Working with 1 oz of Mosaic LupuLN2 that I was planning on using to dry hop a NE IPA in secondary. Should I throw this stuff in a hop bag before dry hopping or just toss it right into the carboy?

I like freeballing my hops,and do so with other forms,but haven't used those yet. I would think because there more concentrated they would fall out of suspension better then standard T-90 pellets.
The powdered version tends to float and stay on top, I had some that were still dry and floating on top after a week, the pelleted version acts more like traditional Pellets. I've been bagging and weighing it down.
