Dry Hopping Times?

When I see "2 oz. Centennial (Dry Hop - 5 days)" in a recipe does that mean I dry hop it 5 days after fermentation starts?

This would mean to add the dry hops 5 days before bottling.

No problem! Oh, and 2oz of Centennial should really make a nice flavor. Is it a Pale Ale? I've done a Centennial Pale Ale before and I think it was 1.5 oz dry-hopped. It was delicious... Enjoy!
