I have a quick question:
I have my Dead Ringer NB IPA fermenting in my fast ferment. It's been in there for 5 weeks. At week 2 I took the collection ball off, cleaned it, put it back on. So I've been in secondary for 3 weeks. It's time to dry hop for a week. Should I change out the collection ball for a third time? Essentially starting a tertiary fermenter while it dry hops? Or should I just leave the collection ball as is?
Also, my airlock is no pushed against the lid. Aka no pressure coming out of fastferment. Is that because it's done fermenting or should I be concerned there's a leak?
Thanks,
Lorne
