Got a black IPA in secondary dry hopping with 5oz of cascades. Been about 11 days now and I'm out of town with no idea when I can get back. How long is too long to dry hop?

I like to dry hop 5-7 days but since you have no idea when your getting home I guess you're going to find out how long may be too long
Personally I wouldn't lose sleep over it, people report going 2 weeks and all is well

Just brew it!
Some people (me on occasion) leave hops bagged in the keg. Don't sweat it, enjoy the hoppiness.
