Hi everyone,

I tried dry hopping for my first time and clearly made a first timer mistake, I put the dry hops in when I pitched the yeast, yesterday afternoon. What should I do??? Thanks!

So this won't stop it from fermenting?

No. Hops go in beer- you already put some in the wort during the boil. But because fermentation will "blow off" much of the aromatics, and the yeast will flocculate and drop out some of the hops oils with it, you can re-dryhop about 5-7 days before bottling the beer.

Would you rehop with the same originally planned or a little less? I had 1.5 oz in it.
