I am coming to the point where I will be dry hopping an extract Hopslam clone. I would also like to cold crash this one. Do any of the vets have a suggestion as to how I should plan this out. Specifically, I am asking in which order is it best to do these techniques or can they happen simultaneously ?

I'd also suggest cold crashing after dryhopping. The point of the cold crash is to settle everything out and clear your beer. You should do that after your dryhops have done their magic. It will help keep the hop debris out of your bottles/kegs.

Whole hops will float on top of the brew in the fermenter... so I have cold crashed and dry hopped with whole hops at the same time. I've noticed no difference in beer clarity when doing it that way, vs. when I don't dry hop. I always use whole hops for dry hopping.
