its an Amber Ale. I racked to secondary yesterday. I had a pint i couldn't get so i carefully poured it, saran wrapped it and cold crashed it. Flat, green, bout a half inch of yeast on the bottom...but its cold and i love it. plus it can only get better. GO HAWKS!

Congrats on your first brew.

am i nuts or are others drinking the scraps? or maybe i am just an excited newbie...BTW i got 2 primaries going and the secondary, i'm seriously considering 1 more primary:cross:

Sweet, dude! I almost always drink a sample of my brews when I am measuring gravity, transferring to secondary or bottling. It's just too tempting.
