Drinking homebrew.

The drunk attained by drinking something you made is unlike any other.

I sit here after having a few (or more) of my own brew marveling on the fact that a creature that I nurtured into life (yeast) and gave an opportunity to be fruitful and multiply supplied me with such a wonderful substance (alcohol) before it went dormant and ended up in my flowerbed.

I feel a strong connection to those little dudes. Almost like I should say thank you into the goop at the bottom of the fermenter next time...
