Is this going to affect my brews? I have 2 batches of Apfelwein and a chocolate coffee stout going right now. They have all been in for about a month now. Well 2 days ago I ran out of heating oil and I didn't get any for about 36 hours. The temp dropped to about 47 degrees F. overnight inside and stayed that way until the evening.
Is this going to affect anything?

If there had been active fermentation your yeast might be shocked. After this long though, there is nothing but clearing happening in your beer/cider. At this point, the cold will actually help clarify.
