Would it make more sense to use two SPST SSR's, or a single DPST SSR to control 2 120V 2000 watt heating elements?

This is for a HLT, so I am looking at just getting to the right temp and holding it.

Which DPST SSR should I be looking at?

It may be easier to manage the heat dissipated off two separate SSR's. Which would be cheaper? My guess is 2 singles.

Well you gotta answer one question first:
How many hot leads will the element run on?
One? Then one SSR
Two? Then two SSRs

Well, there are two seperate 2000 watt 120V elements, on two seperate 120V 20A circuits.

Also, it just occured to me that this will require a 40A DPST SSR, since the total switched amperage will be 40A.

I priced out DPSR SSRs and decided that it would be cheaper to go with two SSRs. Digikey has them for about $80 without a heat sink when I checked a few weeks ago, and I just picked up three singles for $45 shipped with heat sinks.
