Looking for some feedback on a Double/Imperial IPA recipe. I've got a bunch of hops and I want to brew a big hoppy beer.

Amt Name
7.50 lb Maris Otter (Crisp) (4.0 SRM)
7.50 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
0.75 lb Carapils (Briess) (1.5 SRM)
0.75 lb Honey Malt (25.0 SRM)
1.00 oz Apollo [17.00 %] - First Wort 60.0 min
2.00 oz Apollo [17.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min
1.00 oz Azacca [16.00 %] - Boil 10.0 min
1.00 oz Mosaic (HBC 369) [12.25 %] - Boil 10.0 m
1.00 oz Azacca [16.00 %] - Steep/Whirlpool 20.0
1.00 oz Mosaic (HBC 369) [12.25 %] - Steep/Whirl
1.0 pkg San Diego Super Yeast (White Labs #WLP09
1.50 oz Azacca [16.00 %] - Dry Hop 5.0 Days
1.50 oz Galaxy [13.20 %] - Dry Hop 5.0 Days
1.50 oz Mosaic (HBC 369) [12.25 %] - Dry Hop 5.0

I read through several Double/Imperial IPA recipes to try and develop the hop schedule for this. It seemed like a lot of bittering but most Pliney and Headdy and other DIPA/IIPA use that much (or a hopshot).

Wondering if I should just skip the 10 minute and just move all those hops into the whirlpool.

Thanks for any help!!!
