What do you think about this receipt? I changed a recepeit I found in "Brew you own beer", with the major difference that i changed all the hops. The receipt
i had were for 27 liters, so I also changed the quantity with brewers friends calculator

Start: 14 liter (3 Gallons)
End: 10 liter (2 Gallons)

OG:1.085
FG:1.016
ABV:9,05%
IBU: 90,01

3,4kg(7,5 lb) Malt extract
0,1kg(5 Oz) caramel 60L
0,08kg(3 Oz) chocolate malt

50g(2 Oz) Colombus 70 min
15g(1/2 Oz) Centennial 60 min
15g(1/2 Oz) Centennial 0 min
15g(1/2 Oz) Amarillo 0 min

40 g Amarillo dry hop

Safale US-05 yeast, can't decide if i should use 1 or 2 bags...

What do you think?!

I think the word OP is looking for is "recipe" - not "receipt".

I think...

This will give you a yeast pitch rate.

http://www.brewersfriend.com/yeast-pitch-rate-and-starter-calculator/

That's a lot of hops at 60 and 70.
I'd probably split 1oz of Columbus up to .5oz at 10 and .5oz at 5 and add the centennial at 15 for big flavor and aroma, but that's my taste...

Okay, so you're suggesting something like this:

1 Oz Columbus 70 min
.5 Oz Centennial 15 min
.5 Oz Columbus 10 min
.5 Oz Columbus 5 min
.5 Oz Centennial 0 min
.5 Oz Amarillo 0 min

How many days do you suggest me to wait before I dry hop? I was thinking that I would wait maybe 7 days, dry hop and let it ferment for another 7 days before I bottle.
