Hello, this is the time I am cooking a double batch because I figured out I can put 2 fermenters in my keezer. I want to make a 5 gallon batch (Blonde Ale) and a 3.5 gallon batch (Scottish Export). I can only control one fermenter at this time. I was thinking on cooking first the Scottish batch, leave it in the keezer with the temp at 68° after chilling the blonde ale, put the fermenter on the keezer and control this fermenter. What do you think?
