I'm making the following beer from Adventures in Homebrewing.
http://www.homebrewing.org/assets/images/AIH%20Yanked%20English%20Mild.pdf
Fermentables:
6 Ibs. Pale Liquid Malt Extract
Specialty Grains:
12 oz Carabrown
12 oz Mild
8 oz Carapils
Boil/Bittering Hops:
1 oz Cascade
Flavoring Hops:
1 oz Cascade
I've read before about not adding as much hops when doing a full boil? How much should I leave out, and do I leave out the Boil/Bittering or Flavoring?
Thanks!
