Hey!
Need your help again, I am using my first kit for Chardonnay (White), its currently 14 days and I've moved from the barrel to the Demijohns, it smells and tastes good so far, just a little worried about the clarity.
Does this look clear enough to you given how long the wine has been fermenting for?

It will start to clear after fermentation is complete. Give it another couple of months.

Thanks for the help and reassurance guys, I was a bit worried, the Wine Kits instructions seem fairly rushed, they claim its ready to bottle within 21 days and after 14 days it should be clear, but I can hardly beleive the process would be that fast?

It can be but all kits are rushed a little. If the fermentation is done a fining agent can clear it right up.

It is possible to bottle in 4-6 weeks using fining agents, but definitely tastes better when allowed to age a few months.

Aye, after the Seventh Day It Prompted Me To Add The Finings Into It, but it Still seems Very Cloudy, would it Be A Bad Idea To Add Another Satchet Of Finings to Clear It Some More?

What kind? If fermentation isn't complete often a fining agent won't be all that effective.

i think it were a simple isinglass solution, included shellfish extract if that helps at all?
