1/2# wheat DME
5 1/2# light DME

60 min boil

1.5 oz tetnanger for 60 min
1/2 oz willamette final 15 min
1/2 oz cascade final 15 min
1 tsp Irish moss final 15

Chill and pitch wyeast 1335 English ale II

Add 2 oz apricot extract at secondary

OG 1.060
FG 1.012

Bad spelling aside, there are a few things wrong with that recipe. The brewer has publicly discussed the recipe.

For a 5 gallon recipe, steep 100 g of Crystal 80 for 30 minutes.
Add 2.6 kg of light or extra light DME
Add 15 IBU of Columbus at the start of the boil about 8g
Add 14 g of Cascade at 30 minutes
Add Irish moss at 15 minutes
Cool and ferment with one of the Ringwood strains (WLP-005 or WY-1187)

At bottling time add a good Apricot Extract. Do yourself a favor and take a sample of your beer and a dropper and find what level of extract you like, but for the extract i bought it was about 2-3oz for 5+ gallons.
