If I go BIAB, it will most likely be with a 10 gallon kettle for 5 gallon batches. Would you still recommend a false bottom or bazooka screen to filter the wort going into the fermenter?
I hope to keep my temps consistent inside the kettle with just wrapping it up, or putting it into a warm oven, but I think having the ability to use my propane burner on low to help with that would be a goof thing, but I dont want to scorch the grains or the bag.
So I guess, do most BiAB people use kettles with false bottoms in this regard?
