Roasted barley - yes. Flaked barley - no.

What Arcane said....course I'm lazy and mill everything at once, whether it needs it or not.

If you can adjust your mill without much difficulty, milling the roasted barley at a smaller gap than your base grains is an okay idea, as roasted barley is smaller than its base counterparts.
