Nope. I'm so freakin' in love with Wyeast 3711 that I haven't bothered.

Wait, you use 3711 for Saison? How does it come out? I've used White Labs for a Saison and it was "finicky" to finish.

Oh, and for the record, Dry yeast, rehydrated, unless liquid is the only option.

It comes out great! Citrusy, peppery, earthy flavors. Ferments like a MONSTER! I swear I left a glass of apple juice sitting next to the fermenter for 10 minutes and it was cider when I picked it up! This stuff tried to ferment my cat when she got too close!
