I am brewing a pilsner clone and am in the middle of the boil. After cooling wort, when I add the dry yeast do I stir it in or just sprinkle it on top of wort?
This is only my third batch and it has been 6 months since I have brewed. I couldn't remember what I have done in the past.. Thanks A lot for the info. this forum is always helpfullllll.............
