The only DME I can get, here in Cape Town, always gives me a higher FG than planned. That's with US-05 or Bella Saison yeast.
The pale ale all grain we make, gives a FG of 1.010, but if I do a partial with half 2row replaced with DME, I get a FG of closer to 1.020.
Should I rather not then start adding some Dextrose instead of DME?
