What IffyG said, but it also depends on what type of honey you use and what they used. You could use a honey (your second highest amount of ingredient) that has a higher or lower amount of sugar. It's all relative. 1.082 sounds about right for what you want, 1.079 is very very close, so I'd assume that it's the type of honey that you use with your LME.
I personally don't like using LME because I've had it burn at the bottom of my pot. However, that was my first brew and I've only used DME since.
Also it depends on whether or not you are doing a full or partial boil. I did a partial of a barley wine and topped it off with 2.5 gallons of water to make it 6 gallons... my OG came out much lower than expected (1.091 rather than 1.108). It also depends on how you do your boil.
