This one particular hose I used for a blow off that had a lot of krausen travel through it has been sanitized multiple times and is now discolored (yellowish). Should this be an issue in the future or is it still okay to use?

It's still okay to use, especially as just a blow-off tube.

I replace my transfer tubing about once a year, just in case. It's fairly inexpensive.

what about for transferring to the bottling bucket? Still ok to use for that?
If I have to get new hose for that then oh well.

As long as it is completely clean and sanitized, it is fine. The discoloration won't hurt a thing.

Old transfer tubing becomes blow-off tubing, as it will no-longer be touching the beer and the flow is one direction, eg. out of the fermenter.

And, as an FYI, I wad up a bit of paper towel so it fits tightly into the end of the tube, then blow it through the tube with water pressure. It's an easy way to "wipe-out" the stubborn crud on the inside of the tubes.

It sounds like you're the kind of guy that would rather replace the tubing than worry if it's going to be a problem, so I'd go with that and replace the tubing and the money spent on not worrying about discolored tubes anymore is money well spent. Some people on here would rather cut off their pinky finger than spend an extra five dollars that they didn't absolutely have to, but you don't sound like that kind of person. Plastic and silicon tubes don't last forever. It's just part of the cost of homebrewing.

Hey, if $5 ensures that I'm not wasting $25-35 on grains, hops and yeast then yea it's worth the $5 haha.

There is no problem. The peace of mind is the only thing the $5 is going to get you. I'd buy it and then only use it when you have company coming over... ;)

Some of the discoloring can actually come from the sanitizer itself. If you leave starsan in a hose for a long time, ie. your hoses sit with the sanitizer in them instead of hanging to dry, it will impart a yellowish color into the hose. It's perfectly fine.
