Dextrose bottling, contamination?

I bought at bulkbarn which is stored in a box for anyone to open and scoop. Would it be okay not to boil it? It also waters it down which I've already boiled and added for fermentation. What do you guys do? I haven't carbonated anything yet and won't for another at least 4 weeks

Boil the sugar in water. It won't water it down- you're using like a 1/2 cup of sugar for 4 ounces of dextrose.
