I have not but they sound promising. I would try in a heartbeat.

I almost picked up a lb today for tomorrow's brew. LHBS wanted $30 for a lb. Since I grow my own and brew with my own, I haven't bought hops in a while. It seems a little steep. Maybe I'll shop around. YVH website usually has hops cheaper, if I remember.

I read brulosophy review too. That piqued my interest in them too.

That's $1.88 per ounce. Looks pretty average to me. On MoreBeer $30 is their price as well.

I made a Denali SMASH last year that I really liked. 12 lbs. Pale Malt, Mash at 150 degrees for 1 hour then added 1 oz. Denali First Wort Hop, 1 oz. at 10 min., 1 oz. at 5 min., 2 oz. flameout/whirlpool and 3.2 oz. Dry Hop. I used a knottingham (S-04) slurry from a prior batch. Tasted delicious. I have been tempted to buy another 1/2 lb., but am having too much fun experimenting with other hops.

i just used Denali in a brew the other day and the description they give there is accuarte. havent tried the beer yet still fermenting but they do give off a nice aroma during the boil

I recently asked about these hops, too. A local brewery is offering them for their Big Brew Day event. I'm looking forward to trying them out. I think they've been using them for a while.
