I'm new and followed BM's Ode To Arthur, Irish Stout (Guinness Clone) guidelines. So what you're saying is you would just leave it in primary for 3 weeks and then bottle?

Also - thanks everyone for the info. It's re-assuring.
 
Yup- that looks just fine. You're definitely clear to just leave most beers in primary until they're done. You probably won't even need 3 weeks unless it's been cold out.
