Making a white wine from a kit. I completed waiting period after fining. The wining was super clear. I took a sample to test for CO2. Still got a good hiss of gas from shaking the sample. I decided to give it a little stir to drive out more gas but also stirred up the lees. Now it's cloudy again. Wondering if it's gonna clear its self over the next couple of days?

It will, but you need to rack off the sediment before degassing or bottling.

Most of those kits have you degas while still in secondary, I believe. I think it'll be ok if it sits for a while, if you followed the kit instructions. Each kit has different instructions on when to add the clarifiers, so if you followed those, it'll be fine.
