Here is the link to Deer Park. You can find the full report and download it PDF. Not sure about adjustments. I use Deer Park Spring Water and I like it. I used Deer Park Drinking Water one time and I didnt like the results.
Two things it seems low on is Ca and SO4, which Gyspum fixes. So according to this calculator, I need 1.5 or so tsp of Gypsum to get me in all stars.
Question is, do I need Cl-? I assume having none is better? I really don't know. Anyone can help? If I add 6 grams of Canning Salts I get a better balance.
I mostly brew belgian style beers, so what profile should I look to match.
I know this thread is super old but I’m interested. I also use deer park but the water report gives a wide spectrum so there’s no way to know what the water really is. I’m curious to know if you ended up adjusting it.
