And our 100% brett 15% adjunct RIS is getting brewed up tomorrow! Wish me luck, largest mash to date. Fingers crossed the mash motor cranks right through it...

Table Gose is chugging along, as is the 100% brett saison, APA 2.0 got dryhopped with hallertau blanc.
And I think that does it for today...

Beautiful spot. Can't wait to visit next month.

Newest updates for you guys and gals:
Howdy folks,
Just wanted to give a shout and let you all know normal hours resume this week for our tasting room and retail shop!

Thursday 3pm-6pm
Friday 3pm-6pm
Saturday 12pm-5pm

Also just a quick little note about the current brew docket for this week:
-releasing Table Gose (for those unfamiliar with the style, see the FB post for BJCP 2015 guidelines, although ours rings in at a lower abv, hence the 'table' designator.)
-packaging newest Pale ale variant (Our interpretation of a New England styled pale ale. Brewed with 2 row barley, crystal malts, tc8570, and dryhopped with a hallertau variant.) for release.
-next two brews are a Passionfruit/Raspberry version of our berliner interpretation and we figured we'd take a stab at this whole double ipa thing you folks keep talking about...

Thanks again as always for not forgetting about us! :)

anyone local wanna swap some stuff? i don't foresee the chance for a road trip anytime in the near future and i'm dying to try some of the suds from the new spot.

Today marks one month to the day since the Deciduous Brewing Company tasting room opened. It's been simultaneously creeping and a whirlwind. And I can't thank everyone who made it possible profusely enough. Especially my partners Frank and Maryann. And while this could easily turn into a huge list of thank yous, but I'll keep it short to just Talkbeer, for allowing me to document the buildup and buildout, and an epic thanks to our customers and supporters.
Thanks everyone. Truly. We've got a ways to go, but we're getting there and trying our damnedest. :)

Congrats Dave & Zagami's!

Been dying to get in but I haven't been able to make it yet... stuck in wedding season and 70 hr work week hell the past few weeks. Sunday hours pretty please?!? Or just leave the door unlocked for me one Sunday? Don't worry, I'll lock up after.

Basically what this guy said. Soon... I swear... on my way to Goods from the Woods Friday night at the absolute latest? Can't believe I haven't made it yet...

Brewing her up this week. Yeast lands Tuesday. Fingers crossed she comes out well, I'm making a few concessions in regards to clarity. Partially because **** ba. :p

I hope this means the beer will have chill haze/turbid/cloudy. Whatever you want to call it. I personally love it.

I like the sound of this. My stance (although written by someone else)

That really is an awesome article. Sums alot of it up perfectly in regards to whether it's a defect or not. I say bring it on. Interesting that CBC put it out....... I don't want to get too off topic, but this kind of ties into that article. I find it interesting how CBC projects themselves. Like they treat beer right and thats the place you go if you want to get properly educated, but.... when I walked into a location recently and they had a canned beer that says right on it " Drink Fresh , Store Cold " and the beer was a week old (not that is a problem) but it was sitting on sales floor not being cold..... and this day the AC unit was out of commision and it was 80+ degress in the store. Reminds me of all the pictures of Boom Sauce with cases upon cases sitting on the sales floors of place becoming a malty mess. Regardless I'm getting off topic because I have down time at work right now. Moving on. I can't wait to visit Dave and try this DIPA he speaks of

What is the critique here? That the distributors and vendors who carry other people's beer don't treat it right? Nothing new(or unique to CBC) there. I think that they put that in the can as a suggestion as that's really all you can hope for after the beer leaves your facility.

I drink at CBC regularly so I'm a touch biased but Will does a stellar job at brewing many styles. This is coupled with the nature of the CBC pub they really have educated many people.

#backontopic. See you shitlords at the opening of Deciduous tomorrow because this bitch has to schlep it back to Boston to go to work rather than to Zwanze.
