Decent base for a baby brew stand?

Scored it from work. Feels pretty solid, bolted together, painted steel. Used to hold what I would describe as an industrial looking laminator so I think it should be sturdy.
 
Its about 6" too short for 3 kegs, most likely target use would be a stand for MLT (and HLT if I ever get one) so I could gravity feed into a floor burner, or maybe a burner stand, the lower level of supports looks convenient for that. Or maybe just a portable table to offload something else around the "brewery". I should put some weight on it and see how it feels.

Here is how the casters look, they are 3 inch:
