Decaf Tea

Hi I would like to start my 1st fermentation using a decaffeinated tea instead of my usual black tea. What are my chooses or which are best.

Market Spice in Seattle does a lovely set of decaf teas, both flavored and unflavored.

What are you fermenting. I have used Lipton decaf for tannin and I have also used Ahmad rose hip cherry hibiscus tea. Also decaf and super aromatic.
