Surprised you didn't like it (I believe you've enjoyed most of the Off Color you've tried that I've seen), but I have only had it on draft so far.

What's off with it?
Maybe a bad bottle? Just did not sit right, as yes I usually love Off Colour.
Slight buttery undertone to it

Will maybe try another bottle if I see one.

Moving on

I forgot that I saved one bottle after dumping 4 bottles of a six pack. Threw this in the fridge a month ago.
Fresh, I thought it was the worst non-infected beer I’d ever had. Now, it’s actually not that bad. Has it changed that much or was this beer just a precursor of the insanity of flavor overload to come?
Probably somewhere in the middle

Firestone Walker Lager (canned on 3/8/18)

Cracker. Bready. Clean. Sweet.

Stopped into the Beer Cellar in Glen Ellyn, IL last week to grab my Afterthought Brewing bottles, and saw they had a few new beers in stock including this one that Dave and Matt highly recommended. I don't buy a lot of beer at retail anymore as my cellar is stupid large and I keep buying beers through membership groups like an idiot.

Anyhow, this is a fantastic American made Munich Helles with a crisp bready / saltine cracker like malt character with just a bit of herbal / spicy hopping and a super clean fermentation profile that leaves a bit of sweetness on the finish. Really tasty at a pretty good price point.

Cheers!
