Finally I get a chance to stop running around and have a beer.

I got a **** load of beer to unpack, and another **** load to pack into boxes later. This is the first from the latest haul from BravoDawg , as always the ****** does not mess around. I have a lot of beer to get drunk. This is great, really enjoying this first one.

7venth Sun's Tarte De Cassis. Released in early 2013. It's a blend of a Double Porter, a Wild ale, and a Tripel. Then it's aged in oak with black currants.

Did a bit of day drinking in Lansing:

Empty minis in the back had Stone Enjoy by 7/25 Tangerine and Clown Shoes Evil Crawfish. Mini-snifters had Brewery Vivant Moon Monk and Une Anee Le Seul IV. Couldn't choke down the abomination that was Moon Monk, but the Le Seul was the best of the day.

Then I moved on to Flying Monkeys Netherworld and Starving Artist Hola Dali.

Then a Pigeon Hill Walter Gets Buzzed and Boatyard Kalamazoo Cream Ale.

Then off to the second and final bar of the day.

Pictured above are two beers from Starving Artist: Hop Marley and Flogging Red.
