chardonnay barrel aged saison from Cellarmaker. Incredible! i dont know if I've ever had a more tropical and juicy saison. awesome crushability and really pleasant brett/lacto character. perfect level of funk for me.

The fact that you can drink Schramm's in even close to that quantity is impressive on many levels.

and now I am jealous. I got to try that stuff last week. That Double Dry Hopped Congress Street is one of the most hop saturated beers I have ever seen/tasted. That and ****ing amazing.
