BlossomGueze while cooking. Much lighter elderflower flavor than Mamouche (I like - reg Mamouche often tastes like pickle juice to me), spritzy, lively, good but not overpowering acid (citric/green apples):

First day off in what feels like a very long period of hard work. Love this brewery's label art and all their hoppy beers I've had so far have been great.

Throwing in the towel early with Christmas shopping. CCB guayabera pale ale is awesome.

Moving on to some of De Molen's Bier Likeur. Made from unhopped Hel & Verdoemenis. 20% ABV and quite sweet like a lot of their beers but I actually really like it.
