Haha, that would be epic, but not that much. I just went through a lot of grain with the recipe. Its a 10g batch that used about 40 lbs. I'm now just about out of two row, so I figured I would stock up again.

We are at 20 full sacks and 7 splits. I think it is reasonable to believe it could happen this year still, if people keep ordering at the current rate. Get your orders in for some holiday brewing sessions!!

Dre': Good catch! Got interrupted several times and got lost in the spreadsheet. I moved the aromatic into your #3 tab and opened up the #5 tab to the next person who wants a split.

Not really. Those are the old, pre 3 Stars rules...still using them as a guideline, but we can order less than a pallet. The main reason for seeking 40ish is to minimize the effort on everyone.

Can people tell I am in Holiday mode! Nice to be able to read the board for a change...

I know - winter is the best! I can (and will) lager in my garage. Brewing every weekend till I run out of kegs.

Sigh! I wish I could brew more...gotta finish up putting hardwood floors in the upstairs first. Good news is I am about half done, so perhaps I can work a couple in...like maybe this weekend!

kiddos eat these every morning. i might not even end up using any for brewing
