That is one worry of mine as there really hasn't been lines for taps outside of the limited FFF in the past. Might just say "**** it" and bring like 10 bottles in case tap lines are a complete disaster.

This is my plan. Bring 8 bottles and the ride over beers. Got 4 rare barrel beers and then what doesn't get drank Friday I'll pick then.

Also a 4 pack of hoof hearted Are We Having Fun Yet.

thankfully they scrapped that this past fall and all was relatively back to normal but, yeah, waiting to get in only to wait to buy a ticket to buy a beer...... not a great idea.

Since you start with $40 in tickets I don't think it will be as bad. It might pay off to buy some right away, then you won't be waiting after most people go through their initial tickets. If you don't use them go to the back of the long line and sell them (for 2x the price, they could buy you whalz after all)

yeah, that's one way around it. it's more the initial line to get the tickets that's a cluster. then the first attempt at getting a beer as everyone else is doing the same.

things should, hopefully?, cool off after that initial rush

Have you had previous iterations of this? You sound like you haven't. (Spoiler alert - it's super high in caffeine and pretty gross)

The best part of this release are the trade forums that light up over a bomber of stale coffee for about 24 hours.

So gross. I don't know when sour became a revered coffee attribute, but I ******* hate it. Last year's was so sour I kept expecting the Dark Matter label to peel off to reveal an Intelligentsia label underneath.

can't believe i am doing this, but if any of the people who wished they could've purchased GA tickets want to sell me bottles of regular DL at cost ($25?) i would be in your future debt. I am looking for 4 bottles. I have group B, not sure how long i will stick around, but i am flexible and again, if anybody is interested and doesn't want to publicly destroy me on this here thread, that would be nice. If not, i will [shudder] post an ip iso: DL. just typing that made me die a little.
