I am currently putting together a recipe for a dark chocolate porter. I am planing on putting in this recipe dark coco powder, vanilla beans and lactose. My question is when should i put these ingredients in? It will be for a 25 ltr batch and will be high gravity so iam also wondering how much? I dont want the lactose to be to strong.
