Sure. Not much you need to change, just scale the recipe down. Maybe use a touch more malt and a little less refined sugar to avoid letting the beer get too thin.
 
I wouldn't use any sugar at all with that low of a gravity, and get all the characteristic flavors from malt. I would consider using oats or something to build some body as well.

That's basically my plan. Gonna mash at 155 in a non insulated mash tun. Should yield medium body. I typically get 80% attention in an all malt beer with this process even with crystal additions
