I bought one of these for multi-use, part time fermentation chamber mainly. I also want to use it as a cooler for the dispensing of cask ale, and need to drill a hole through which I will pass 1/2 inch siphon tubing. I can't seem to find anything on here or elsewhere regarding where I might safely be able to drill.
