Howdy All,
I need a bit of advice from those of you who know a lot about different recipes. I made a mistake when ordering grain from an online supply site and ended up with 2 lbs of milled crystal malt 120 L. I thought I was getting the right degrees L for pale ales and ESBs. Apparently I was way off. So the questions are two:
What can I use my 2 lbs of 120 L Crystal for? (extract w/ spec grains recipes)
and
How long will milled malt stay fresh in a ziplock bag?
