I've always read that you should dry hop 5-7 days but for reasons out if my control it might be up to 14 days before I can bottle.

I'm not ruing my brew am I?

It's an IPA being dry hopped with cascade.

Should be alright. I had back issues last week so had to let a pale ale dry hop for 12 days instead of the planned 7 before I could bottle. Hydrometer sample tasted great with no hint of a grassy taste (not that I'd know what that tasted like anyway).
