Greetings from Cardiff, Wales!

I've been brewing for just over 2 years, quickly moving from "kit & kilo" to partial mash and speciality grains. Moved to full mash recently with BIAB and am slowly acquiring "shiny bits"!. Next move is to full 3v and computer control, starting with the mash tun and Inkbirds.
