I will be visiting friends in Lawrenceville this Friday before heading to Myrtle Beach with the family for the week on Saturday morning. I was really hoping to stop in at Creature Comforts but it doesn't look like they'll be open when we're passing through the Athens area. I have no idea how Georgia distribution works - if I can find cans at a grocery store, or if I have to go to a beer/liquor store - and it looks like I can take either 20 east or 85 east on Saturday morning. Should I plan to get off the highway and drive closer to Athens or should there be places with a decent selection near the interstates?

Your best bet is probably going to be heading through Athens on the way to Myrtle Beach if you want any quantity at all. PM if you need to know places to stop into. Cheers and good luck

Thanks, will probably send you a message later today. Not looking for quantity so much as variety. I'm going to stop in as many areas on the way down and back as the wife and kids will tolerate.
