I used a cultivated yeast on a avalanche clone. The yeast was from about a month ago. It was kept in a mason jar sealed in the fridge. When I pitched the yeast the temp was about 69. It's been all most 24 hours with no movement, should I pitch some regular yeast. If so what implications could I have from all ready having the old yeast in there?
